How iCarpool works - Five simple steps we recommend

1. Register on the website

You will need to provide us minimal information like country, language, first name, last name, phone number and email address. A validation code is sent to the email address you specified. You will need to provide this validation code on the website to complete the steps for registration.

2. Add your trip details

You will need to select the appropriate trip type from Recurring, One Time One Way, One Time Round Trip or Real-Time Trip. You can then enter the start address, end address and various preferences as required. Please remember that specifying the addresses accurately will help your chances of finding great carpool matches.

3. Select your community / network

When you click on "My Communities", if your community does not appear on the website, select "Enroll in Community/Network" to enroll with your community in the iCarpool system.

4. Search for carpool matches

Click on "Search Carpool". We recommend you to use appropriate filtering criteria to filter matches as per your needs. If you do not find great matches right away, please remember that iCarpool is a new website with members signing up every day. We are confident you will find great matches soon.

5. Exchange contact information with matched members 

When you find great carpool matches, you can request sharing contact information with these matched members by clicking on "Contact". Once the member accepts your request, the contact information is exchanged between you and the matched member. Use the "Carpool Checklist" available on the Website to confirm further details and decisions regarding the carpool directly with the member. Once you agree to carpool, click on "Join Carpool". That's it! You are all set - Happy Carpooling!
