Please check your spam folders and ensure the email did not get delivered there. Sometimes your email provider may categorize our email as spam. Although iCarpool delivers emails almost instantaneously, sometimes there may be a delay. If you've waited for over 4 hours, please contact iCarpool support.

Is my browser supported with iCarpool? Are there any other hardware or software requirements for using iCarpool?

You only need a browser and a reliable internet connection to use iCarpool. iCarpool has been tested with all major versions of browsers - Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. Your screen must be configured for a resolution of 1024x768 or higher for optimum display.
