Our services are designed to promote alternative modes to individuals and employers in your region. iCarpool is multi-modal and includes traditional carpool, dynamic carpool, vanpool, bike and transit. The application also provides an integrated multi-modal trip calendar to log commute and non-commute trips. Users can track their own emission savings and cost savings by logging trips in the multi-modal trip calendar.

The iCarpool application suite has multi-level administration capabilities - the regional agency is at the top level, multiple TDM partners (TMAs/TMOs) operate under the regional agency umbrella, multiple employers operate under each TMA and travelers or end users use the services at the last level. The solution has an integrated incentive management module for providing incentives such as carpool permit, guaranteed ride home (GRH), bike lockers, prize drawings, financial stipends and more. Incentives can be based on trips logged in the calendar. GIS data such as park and ride lots and bike routes that agencies may have can be integrated with the solution and overlayed on interactive maps.
