What if a situation required an employee to work late on a day causing her to miss the ride back home? What options will the employee have if she does not want to wait for the scheduled public transportation? What options does the employee have if her travel needs change during the day at short notice?

Traditional carpool for daily commute requires a fixed pattern of travel and is achieved with a long standing agreement between carpool partners about timings, pickup and drop-off location.
